Annandale

Located at the junction of two Colonial-era turnpikes, the Annandale commercial center is a transportation and commercial hub with easy access to the Washington Metro area and Northern Virginia.

Efforts are underway to create a real town center. Today the Annandale business core has over 20 bank branches, including two Asian commercial investment centers, over 40 restaurants and a plethora of service and shopping centers. An insurance, finance, real estate, medical and legal center, Annandale and its neighborhoods enjoy remarkable diversity and affluence. All this contributes to Annandale's special and vibrant quality of life. Invest in Annandale… where it is a delight to live, work, shop and enjoy life.
