Customers at the ZED front counter are advised if their site is located
within a Commercial Revitalization District, are given the name of the
appropriate lead planner, given printed information, and directed to
the DPZ website
Expedited
zoning application acceptance and processing
Expedited processing requires an applicant to do only a single concurrent
legal notification, saving both time and financial expense
CRD applications are distributed to
additional reviewers, including HCD- Revitalization, the Chairman of
the applicable
CRD, and
the Site
Review Branch of DPWES
Applications are given priority review and acceptance by the Application
Acceptance Section of ZED and are given priority in terms of distribution
and scheduling for pre-staffing and staffing (internal staff review)
