President Pronske called the meeting to order at 7:40PM.
 
Design Guidelines Report
The only agenda item for the meeting was a detailed discussion of the BBPA Recommendations for the Draft Comprehensive Plan for the Lake Anne Village Center.   The Board discussed two broad issues:   the density in each of the sub areas and the impact of potential high rise buildings on the viewscape from the Lake Anne plaza.  

The Board concluded that the viewscape was an important part of the LAVC architecture and that the design guidelines should include provision for protecting the viewscape.  

The consensus on density was that several of the sub areas needed further review to determine if the guidelines should be adjusted.  

In view of the April 25 th meeting at the Lake Anne school, the Board decided to advise the Supervisor of its concerns; the President will forward a letter outlining these.  

The Board agreed to meet again to discuss the guidelines on April 26 th.
